Cancellation Policy

You are required to pay a 30% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance payable on the day of the trip. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the trip will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days but more than 48 hours before the trip will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule. No deposit refund is available for cancellations within 48 hours of the trip. Your safety is our priority; if we cancel your trip due to weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.

PRICE

$0 per hour includes GST. For charters lasting four hours or more, we provide complimentary catering featuring wagyu beef and lamb chops BBQ, fresh oysters, salmon sashimi, desserts, and a fruit platter.
